Albion Basin

We took a drive on Sunday up Little Cottonwood Canyon and went to the Albion Basin above Alta. What a beautiful place! Bridget and I had never been before and wanted to see it. We missed the beautiful wild flowers by a few weeks, but it was still gorgeous. Bridget fell asleep and missed most of it, but she woke up right at the end and we took some pictures.

It was a fun day and I think my pictures turned out pretty well! Since I am the official Fisher family photographer, there aren't as many as me, but James handles the camera pretty well.

If you look at where James is pointing, you'll see snow. Yes, snow in August! It snowed the night before, which is one of the reasons we wanted to go up and see it.

Here is another picture of me at the top of the Albion Basin right by the camp ground. It was the perfect temperature and hardly a cloud in the sky.
Perfect weather for my hair.

It took a while to get this picture, but Bridget finally cooperated! James laid down on the rock and of course, Bridget had to do exactly what he was doing, it was so cute. I couldn't believe the huge rocks that were all over the area and although it looks like they are on the edge of a cliff, the rocks went down the mountain. We liked this picture though.

James was big on pointing on this trip. He's so funny!

Bridget and James together, they are so cute and love each other so much!
