We bought Bridget a cute pair of snow pants and parka and I just realized that she's never ever used them (the pants anyway!) So after it snowed on Sunday night, we decided to let Bridget experience the snow. Boy oh boy did she have fun!
She was a little unsure on her feet a few times which was so funny!

Back from Florida
For Christmas my wonderful mom and dad gave us all a trip to Orlando. It was so much fun being there with all my family. The kids had a blast being around each other and running amok!
We spent 5 days in Walt Disney World (oy, I was tired after that) and I must say that I had a few favorites:
1. The safari and Expedition Everest at Animal Kingdom
2. The world showcase at Epcot
2. The world showcase at Epcot
3. Going on Tower of Terror with my mom and holding her hand because that ride scares the crap out of me!
Tonya and Tara posing in the local garb in Morocco. Strange things happen in Morocco....
We also went to Universal Studios because my wonderful cousin Bryce was kind enough to give us some tickets. He's an actor at Universal and pretty much amazing!
Here is Jack, Bailey and Bridget in front of the big globe in Universal. Universal sucked for the little kids so we went back to the hotel and had fun watching Spongebob Squarepants.
We spent our first day in Florida at Kennedy Space Center and I loved it. This was one of my favorite things we did the last time we came and I wanted to make sure James got to see it. My favorite part was the Apollo exhibit. I loved watched the old footage of President Kennedy talking about the space program and urgent need for it. It made me proud to be a part of this country.
Our trip to Florida wouldn't be complete with out a trip to Dixie Crossroads in Titusville, FL. It is a place we found the last time we were there and we couldn't resist not going again since we were here.
James, Bridget, Trenna and I also took a little side trip to Cocoa Beach and the Ron Jon Surf Shop. I must say, I love the beach and it was so fun for James and Bridget to get to see the Atlantic ocean for the first time together!
I practiced taking pictures with the camera that Alex and Tonya sold to me and some of the pictures were great, some (a lot) were not so great. But I'm learning and I'm really lucky to have my sister, who's amazing, teaching me how to do it.
